Not at all. Many of our top agents started with zero experience. We provide training, licensing guidance, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.
You can absolutely start part-time. Many agents begin this way while transitioning from their 9–5 or exploring a new direction.
You earn by helping families protect themselves financially. You’ll receive commission-based income, with the opportunity to grow and scale your earnings over time.
Only if you want to. This career is about protecting families first. If you’re passionate about leadership, there’s a path for that too, but it’s not a requirement.
Team Nova agents must be licensed by their home state to be able to provide financial solutions. Agents also go through a background check and fingerprinting process to be able to work with financial companies.
